In order to foster creativity and create employment opportunities, the organization successfully ran an online graphic design course named IncluDesign tailored for wheelchair users. Participants were equipped to embark on independent work or join design teams thanks to the course’s easily accessible, beginner-friendly instruction in design tools, visual communication, and practical assignments. The selection process for this course was carried out through a registration system using a Google Form. Interested participants filled out the form, and selections were then made based on the responses received.

Total of 15 warriors from maharashtra, rajasthan, gujarat, nepal, uttar pradesh were taught how to create social media posts, carousel post, video posts, video editing, website header and more. The training made sure that there was never a hindrance to creative development and revenue production by offering flexible timetables, one-on-one mentoring, and an emphasis on practical applications.

The classes were taught by a Delhi-based graphic designer. Participant’s questions were answered, feedback was provided, and homework was assigned during a two-hour session every day. In order to promote ongoing learning and development, the assignment was examined and discussed in the next session.
